Hawaii Dress

As a certified Hawaii travel agent for over 10 years and a seller of leisure luxury vacation travel for over 15 years and continuing this blog series on Hawaii travel.

Clothingwise; almost anything goes in Hawaii, especially if its comfortable. “Aloha wear”- a colorful patterned short sleeve shirt for men and a long muumuu for women- is always in fashion.

A long running and popular clothing trend has been the decorated tee shirt. Cool and convenient sandals or rubber slippers are acceptable where your tee shirt will go. You are expected to leave your footwear at the door of most Hawaiian homes, so be prepared.
